Panthertown Cafe is a hidden gem with amazing customer service and truly delicious food! The staff went above and beyond for our family—our son mentioned he wanted pancakes (even though they weren’t on the menu), and they made them just for him. They came out light, fluffy, and absolutely perfect! The whole place was very clean, welcoming, and had a cozy vibe. Prices were super reasonable for the quality and service. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area! Highly recommend.

My son and I ordered the Patty melt & Cheeseburger plates. Not many places are still around in these times , that will cook your burger to order . However you like it from Rare to Well done. I eat there at least two times a week. And they are always on it in a timely manner. Service is excellent and the friendly down home atmosphere is always so inviting, tucked away in beautiful Lake Toxaway, N.C. , so whether you're just passing through or stopping off for a little while camping or doing a rental... Do yourself a solid and stop by to see Chef Sean and his wonderful staff and treat yourself to a little bit of what we have to offer off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle of your everyday life ... You'll be happy you did

Great service and the hottest omelet I've ever been served! Really good people who work there. Ate there twice on a 4 day vacation.

Oh man this little place was So Super good. They were extremely friendly and we had several laughs in the process. The food was so tasty and served hot with a cold glass of milk. Oh yeah baby

I've been passing this place for years. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to stop for breakfast this time! It was surprisingly very good. They even have avocado toast! I ended up doing the regular breakfast with two eggs, bacon, toast, and hash brown casserole. The eggs were quite tasty with a generous amount of pepper. I really liked the bacon, it had a good smokey flavor. The hashbrown casserole was delicious, hot and cheesy. We shared a fruit bowl that was quite large and super fresh tasting. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly. And the coffee was spot on! I will definitely be back!

I finally made it lol...This cute little restaurant is in the Toxaway area off of Rosman Highway (64). I had called ahead as we were going to be a large party. They don’t do reservations, but they still made sure we had a table. The young lady that I spoke to on the phone prior to our visit and the same lady who sat us was so polite and easy to talk to. They quickly asked for our beverages and not too long after we ordered. The breakfast was so good. It came out warm and quickly after we ordered. When we first arrived it wasn’t too busy, but when we left it sure had picked up. They have outdoor seating(too cold today) and ample parking. The restaurant and the bathrooms were also very clean. We came down from Cashiers (/- 20 min) drive. Well worth it for this tasty breakfast.

Great little low, kill mountain cafe. Excellent breakfast. Unwell prepared lunches all with great creativity. Add fresh ingredients locally sourced! I highly recommend this quaint mountain cafe.
